P-29 Droop Along Flintstone
ORIGINALLY AIRED September 22, 1961

On a visit to Bedrock, Cousins Tumbleweed and Mary Lou Jim ask Fred and Wilma to take care of their ranch while they go on a trip. The Rubbles join the Flintstones and they arrive unaware that a Hollyrock movie company is shooting nearby. Fred and Barney stumble into a staged saloon brawl and the director writes them into the script!

P-33 The Little White Lie

Winning $200 in a poker game proves to be a problem for Fred - he told Wilma he was going to visit a sick friend. When he convinces her that he found the money, Wilma runs an ad in the paper to locate the owner. Fred has Barney claim the money as the "owner," Mrs. Tillie Shimmelstone!

P-35 Flintstone of Prinstone
ORIGINALLY AIRED November 3, 1961

Determined to rise from his job at the gravel pit, Fred attends night school where he is drafted as quarterback of the varsity football team. He is soon scouted by his own boss, Mr. Slate, and is run ragged by the constant grind of work, study and football practice. Fred is in terrible shape by the time of the big game with Shale U.

This was the second Flintstones episode produced (after The Swimming Pool), but the first to air. Fred and Barney want to go bowling instead of being dragged to the opera by Wilma and Betty. Fred fakes being sick and Barney flies them to the bowling alley in his hand-cranked helicopter!

The Bedrock Burglar is on the loose so Betty and Wilma are learning self-defense from Judo expert Professor Rockymoto. Fred will have none of it, but pretending to be the prowler himself, Fred gets thrown for a loop!

P-9 Hot Lips Hannigan
ORIGINALLY AIRED October 7, 1960

Thinking Wilma and Betty have disappeared because of their magic act, Fred and Barney do the logical thing -- they run off to the local dance hall! Barney handles the drums as Fred wows the kids with his bop singing. All is forgiven when Wilma and Betty rescue the boys from screaming teenagers.
